How To Order

1. Orders can be placed using our electronic system or manually over the phone.

2. When using the electronic system, if you wish to order any products, simply click on the ‘Add to My Order/Shopping Cart’ icon while viewing the item.

3. You will be automatically taken to the product order page where you will see that the item has been automatically added to your shopping cart/order. On this page you can update the quantity of the product you are buying or delete the product from your order.

4. To continue shopping simply use the 'Go Back To' button (which will return you to the category you have just ordered from) or use the main menu to the left of your screen.

5. Repeat the order process for all products you wish to order.

6. To view the current status of your order, simply click on the ‘View Cart’ icon at the top of your screen. This will bring up a page showing the items you have ordered and the total cost of the items.

7. Once you have finished your shopping, click on the ‘View Cart’ icon and check your order. Make any changes as required. To now complete your order click on the ‘Checkout Cart’ icon at the top of your screen, and complete the 'Checkout Form'. Once you have completed the checkout form, press the Send Order Button. If for any reason you are returned to the 'Checkout Form' it means you have not correctly completed the checkout form. Check that ALL fields have been completed and re-click the 'Send Order Button'.

8. If you have completed the 'Checkout Form' correctly you will be taken to an order confirmation page and your computer will automatically send your order to us.

9. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from us including the delivery charges for your order and payment information.

10. Make payment. Your order will be filled upon receipt of payment following the payment instructions included in your order confirmation e-mail from us.

Additional Information

1. Items are only available to New Zealand customers. We do not ship internationally.
2. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, and are GST inc.
3. We keep only limited stocks of our products. Most products not currently in stock will have a shipping period of 2-4 weeks. Some product may have a shipping period of up to 12 weeks.
4. If you are after an item not listed on our site, please contact us and inquire as to it’s availability and price.
5. Currently we cannot accept electronic or credit card payment.
6. We operate a 100% satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you receive, please return them for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Note that shipping costs are not refunded, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
