1. Items are only available to New Zealand customers. We do not ship internationally.

2. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, and are GST inc.

3. Final price does not include delivery charges within New Zealand. Customers will be notified separately for actual delivery costs. Items that will fit into a standard postal envelope up to A4 size will be delivered free of charge throughout New Zealand. Small items which require a courier will incur the following charges:

Delivery within the Waikato, Auckland, and Bay of Plenty regions: $5.00
Delivery throughout the rest of the North Island: $7.50
Delivery throughout the South Island: $10.00

Larger items may have additional delivery charges. All buyers will be notified of these charges prior to payment.

4. We keep only limited stocks of our products. Most products not currently in stock will have a shipping period of 2-4 weeks. Some product may have a shipping period of up to 12 weeks.

5. Currently we cannot accept electronic or credit card payment.

6. We operate a 100% satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you receive, please return them for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Note that shipping costs are not refunded, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
